At Nyli Beauty we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade skincare products with care and attention to detail. Please see our shipping guidelines:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends)

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Nyli Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once they have shipped. Please contact your shipping carrier for assistance.

 


Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products, we do not accept or returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues, please review our guidelines:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at nylibeautyceo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a store credit.

Allergy Concerns: We encourage customers to review the ingredient lists before purchasing. Nyli Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases where an order was incorrectly fulfilled or damaged upon arrival. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
